Embracing the enduring allure of the classic black and white trend, my garment embodies a fusion of sophistication and modernity. Inspired by this trend, I crafted a chic bodysuit featuring a high neck and a captivating open back, paired with a low-waisted mini skirt boasting a stylish side slit and a bold waistband. This design not only reflects current fashion sensibilities but also allowed me to apply an array of skills learned in my knitwear class. Working with stretchy knits, I honed techniques in pattern-making, fabric selection, and specialized stitching methods, ensuring a tailored yet comfortable fit. This project harmoniously blends contemporary trendiness with the practical expertise of knitwear construction, resulting in an ensemble that strikes a balance between style and craftsmanship.
